IPART ESS PDRS Proof of Payment

Generally it is not acceptable to have proof of payment from a different person other than the energy saver.  Where an AP is not able to obtain payment evidence from the actual energy saver supplimentary evidence will be required i.e.: 

• Providing a relationship connection with explainitory notes for the auditor, examples might be husband has a separate bank account to his wife and therefore his name will appear on the proof of payment whilst she signed the nomination form as the energy saver. 
• A letter from the energy saver providing authorisation to another person to act on their behalf.
